Willa Uroczysko

Polana Szymoszkowa is only 1.1 km away, and Krupówki is 3.5 km away. Convenient access from the main road of Nędzy Kubińca, which is especially important in winter. The property has a large parking lot that can easily accommodate 4 cars.

The space
The villa consists of three levels. On the ground floor there is a living room with access to the terrace, a dining room, a kitchen and a toilet. On the first and second floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The house can accommodate up to 10 people. Each bedroom has a double bed with a very comfortable mattress (160cmx200cm). In the living room, there is a fold-out Italian sofa with a sleeping function for two people. A fully equipped kitchen that will allow you to prepare even the most sophisticated dishes. The facility has high-speed internet (fiber optic), an XBox One console with a Game Pass subscription and Netflix. In the immediate vicinity of the property there is a sauna for the exclusive use of guests.

Other things to note
Check-in and check-out are self-service. The door code is sent in an automatic message at the latest on the day of arrival, as is the alarm code. After entering the building, deactivate the alarm. Directly next to the Villa there is a large parking lot, which is limited on both sides by a steep slope (about 3-4m high). For this reason, children should not be on the property without adult supervision.
