„Kathy Ann (the owner) was very nice. Readily available with any questions we had. The attention to detail in the room such as the furnishings, beddings, coffee and tea for our use as well as a basket of goodies (olive oil, noodles and sauce were a nice touch. Especially if you get in late and haven't had dinner. The location was wonderful, right in the center of town. Everything in walking distance. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!!!“

„Great location halfway between the ski hill and town. Not much in the way of housekeeping so plan to just rent the room for a week. "Breakfast" was toast and jam one day. No cream another day. Buy Fernie was awesome.“

„The listing itself is deceptive, because it does not tell you that it is in a hotel-- a very. filled up kid / dog friendly hotel. Staff were fine but the room itself was nasty. The place is in disrepair, stains and generally yuck in all the corners etc. walls are paper thin enough you can actually hear the bathroom activities of your neighbors.....“

„It is advertised as room and breakfast. But when I asked where we meet for breakfast, I was told that they don’t do it anymore. I had booked through VRBO and was very happy with the booking. I was even assigned a room for a pet. I was told that the room had just been deep cleaned. The floors were dirty and the full length mirror was very streaky. The TV would only allow me to get to the menu and no further. There was no instructions for the TV. I was asked to pay for my pet dog. I had to tell ...

„Unglaubliche Unterkunft. Wir wurden in zwei Appartements untergebracht die jeweils 50 m2 groß waren. Der Wasserpark (im Preis inbegriffen) ist großartig und bis 21:00 Uhr geöffnet. Schwimmen in den Sonnenuntergang mit Blick auf die Rockies, einfach klasse. Man muss sich allerdings komplett selbst versorgen. Kein Restaurant oder Frühstück im gesamten Komplex.“
