„The only thing to fault in this hotel are the very small rooms - and that is what it is. But the staff is incredibly friendly, the little perks (breakfast included and drinks in the evening, a choice of cushions, etc.) are great, location rocks and I would not hesitate to come here again. If you're coming by car: the hotel is in a pedestrian zone - your satnav will make you mad. Set your satnav to 田町駐車場（自走式）for the parking garage, this will save you nerves.“

„Grand Base Takamatsu is an apartment rental more than a hotel. Although it was not what we expected it was perfect for our stay in Takamatsu. It is very well located near the main shopping arcade, has a terrific soba restaurant across the street. It has an ok kitchen and be prepared to do some shopping for breakfast. Check-in is. little odd (no front desk - follow written instructions). When the written instructions did not work, we were able to get some help on line fairly easily. If ...

„Ich war schon zum 2. dort. Ein sehr gutes Hotel. Im 11 Stock gibt es einen der schönsten Onsen in ganz Takamatsu. Und wenn man so groß ist wie ich (1,95m) dann kann man vom Onsen aus über eine Mauer über fast die ganze Stadt blicken. Das Essen im Restaurant dort ist für den Preis wirklich gut. Und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ich komme mit Sicherheit irgendwann wieder.“
