Personal freundlich …. Zimmer gut ausgestattet und der Pool und das Restaurant haben sich gelohnt. Essen alles frisch zubereitet nur zu langer Service ansonsten war alles in Ordnung. Würde jederzeit wieder dort buchen .

Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal: Fehlende und kaputte Ausstattung wurde so gut es geht aus leeren Zimmern beschafft. Supermarkt um die Ecke: Kleiderbügel, Handtücher und scharfe Messer konnten wir einfach selber kaufen. SPA: scheinbar schon lange ausser Betrieb Gym: klein aber fein, gegen Aufpreis. Sehr familienfreundlich: Eltern können ihre Kinder im Hotel lassen, wenn sie ausgehen wollen. Kinder dürfen bis ca. 01:00 Nachts in Treppenhaus und Zimmern toben.

-Hotelanlage ist schön -Zimmer sind gut, man merkt nun aber langsam die Jahre -Personal weniger freundlich als erwartet und man sonst kennt -Pool ist sehr schön, leider kein Personal vorhanden, welches aufräumt bzw. repariert (Gitter etc.) -Toiletten sind Mangelware und am Pool tagelang nicht gereinigt bzw. Papier aufgefüllt

Eine gute Unterlunft mit einigen Mängel
Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Wir hatten ein Appartement mit 2 Zimmern und einem Wohnzimmer. Für eine 3 bis 4 köpfige Familie ausreichend. Die Küche hat alles was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Was wir jedoch nicht gut fanden waren die Betten. Sehr unbequem, vor alllem für größere Personen. Die Matratzen entsprechen nicht mehr den heutigen Standards und sollten ausgetauscht werden. Zur Reinigung können wir nur sagen, dass laut Aushang alle 3 Tage gereinigt werden sollte. Wir hatten 13 Tage bzw. Nächte gebucht und unser Appartement wurde 2 Mal gereinigt. Fanden wir aber nicht schlimm, da wir uns alles zum reinigen gekauft hatten, was man benötigt. Was leider sehr unglücklich war, war das man den Pool nicht nutzen konnte, auf Nachfrage hat man uns mitgeteilt, dass der Pool erst Ende Mai nutzbar ist. Das fanden wir schade. Fazit: wer eine ordentliche Wohnung mit allen erforderlichen Utensilien für eine Wohnung sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

At top end of Konyaalti. Very quiet early March. Apartment complex very relaxed. Had access to swim sauna and steam in faciities on site. Staff friendly. Locally good access to supermarkets coffee shops. Easy to walk on promenade and a 10 min walk to beach

Good place for stay in Antalya , Konyalty… Room was clean and very quiet and safe … 24 hours security and front desk… location was good… 15 minutes walking to beach and close to local stores… 4 stars because of house keeping and pillows… they didn’t clean room very good… didn’t clean my room for 7 days… and pillows were horrible… pillows were not comfortable…

Our first room did not have Wi-Fi connection for 4 nights and next door people were super noisy. We asked to be moved to another room and the second rooms shower head was leaking. We checked out one day early and the one on-site restaurant was closed.

We arrived mid October, outdoor swimming pools were closed and indoor swimming pool had major construction going on no breakfast offered. Staff barelly speaks english and place was generaly very bad maintained. Inaide the hotel there were cats walking around and sleeping next to rooms. 1 day we found littelary cat poop infront of our doors.

This hotel has no amenities besides wifi which actually works. Bar closed, external pool closed, indoor pool, sauna and gym are open, however construction is underway, so if you want to swim in a pool, you will have construction workers drilling holes next to you, plus there is no light, great right? Gym is full with staff( 5 or 6) who sits there and watch you. Cleaning, there is none. They have a poster saying every 3rd day they will clean your room, well that doesn't happen. At the end of the our 3rd day, 5 pm it is, we came from the beach and saw the room wasn't cleaned, no new towels, no tp, bins were full. We went down and told the reception the room wasn't cleaned, and she told us that it should have been cleaned and that maids wrote that on their sheet, however shortly after she said it was a mistake, as they cleaned our friends room who were leaving, but they also wrote down our room number, makes sense right? None the less she told it will be done the next day, and guess what happened? Nothing, no cleaning. So 5 days there, no clean sheets, no clean towels or toilet paper. Great service right??! For the price paid for this hotel, you can have 20 other hotels with balcon overlooking the beach and included breakfast. Unfortunately I didn't know whats the good part to be in, so I would recommend any hotel close to the beach, like above, for the same price you will have even nicer room, with breakfast and balcony looking at the beach, and not in your neighboors room

Threatened to kill me and my family. I would never allow anyone close to me to stay at this hotel. They are criminals. Unsafe for anyone to travel to. Expedia should immediate have this hotel delisted before this establishment makes Expedia liable for their violent criminal workers

Once you check in to Onkel Rada Apartments, you immediately feel at home. They were very strict about only providing breakfast for 3 or 4 people and we were a party of 5 but the spread was quite enough for all. The pool that forms the character of the property is very nice and the neighborhood is walkable, although quite a distance from the city center. Would definitely come again.
