It can happen that sometimes, small geckos invite themselves into the house. We are in Thailand and it is impossible to prevent these small animals from returning. don't worry, they eat mosquitoes :)))

All the property is private. Including the swimming pool area.

Other things to note
It is very quiet residence. We not allowed party and noisy music after 11pm. Perfect place if you need relax time.
electricity will be charged 7 baht per unit used.
