„really comfortable stay - the cottage is cosy but has high ceilings so no banged heads and it doesn't feel cramped. beds really comfy. fantastic location - amazing walks from outside the front door. lovely pub in the village down the hill. and the owners run the tea room next door so left us a lovely plate of cakes on arrival! “

„This accommodation was great , listening to the water running in the river was very therapeutic. Definitely return to Dee Heights and will recommend family and friends to stay here .“

„We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were very accommodating and showed us through the house upon arrival. The location was amazing within walking distance from all the major attractions. We spent lots of time up on top floor patio that looks out over the river and the foot bridge. We will definitely be back. “

„A lovely spot in a countryside location. The cottage, on a working farm, was very clean and comfortable and offered everything needed for a short break. The location, to the side of the A54, was not without some traffic noise, but this was more than made up for by the ease of access to nearby market towns, the Peak District and Manchester itself. Farmhouse Cottage is somewhere we'd stay again.“

„Fantastic stay. Please dont be put off by the lack of reviews on here. Myself and 3 friends had a brilliant long weekend. The cottage is nicely decorated and very clean. Bedding and towels were included (the description for the cottage says otherwise, but they are there). A full working kitchen with all the equipment you need. The log burner was set up and ready to go to. The only thing missing was shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, so take that with you. Everywhere else was very well ...

„We have just returned from the most wonderful weekend at Cheshire Barns. The cottages are absolutely stunning and are so cosy and inviting. They have absolutely every amenity we could have wished for as a family staying with young children . The bonus of a gorgeous hot tub and tennis courts was fantastic. „It was comfortable, quiet and conveniently located for exploring the area. Comfortable beds, everything one needed in the kitchen, big bathroom and large dining/sitting room. Wasn't keen on open plan bedrooms upstairs, where one could see and hear everything that was said and done in the other bedroom.“
