„My husband, daughter and I drove to Knoxville to move our daughter into her sorority house for move in weekend. The house was beautiful!! It was very clean, comfortable, and centrally located. It is only a 15 minute drive to campus or anywhere else you needed. We slept great, the neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. It was our top rated VRBO! We would give it a 10 out of 10!! We hope to have an opportunity to stay again if we book earlier enough as it is a popular rental. Thank you ...

„We stayed here for 3 nights with our amstaff dog, it’s usually pretty hard to find a place that doesn’t have a weight limit for dogs and/or breed restrictions so we really appreciate the host accepting any size dogs! Clean, nice house. Perfect place to stay and will stay here again in the future. “

„Very close to UT Medical so my out of state in-laws could be close to my father-in-law who was in the ICU. My mother-in-law especially loved the comfort of the home and the outdoor spaces to help heal with everything that was going on. Property owner was very helpful. “
