„This condo was exactly as pictured and described. It was RIGHT on the beach which was very quiet with plenty of chairs. It was very stocked and clean. The owners respond very quickly with any questions you might have. I would definitely stay here again! “

„Condo is very nice and clean! We were met at the ferry by a greeter, who took us to the resort, showed us our parking spot for our Jeep rental, and provided us with our room swipe cards. No other check in was necessary….incredibly convenient. Beautiful view of Cruz Bay off of the balcony. Conveniently located next to the ferry, several restaurants, and shops. „We stayed in this lovely studio for 9 nights. It is clean, well decorated & well appointed with the things you need. We’ve stayed at Grand Bay many times and love that it’s walking distance to all the best shops, bars, restaurants, and the taxi stand. „My husband and I had an amazing anniversary at the property. It was well stocked and Ned comfortable. The only complaint, which is beyond the owners control was the sargassum in the ocean out front and the dumpster behind. The workers were trying hard to clear it every day, but just an overall ocean problem currently. “

„Great condo that is upgraded, clean, well-decorated and has all amenities. Best part is that you walk out the door onto a beautiful beach. Sitting on patio was amazing. Beach bar was so fun and Sapphire beach is one of the best on the island. Kimberley communicated well and made the process very easy. Was our first trip to St Thomas, but we can't wait to get back!“

"The place is magnificent! The quality of the food is variable, some days it's good, some days it's average! Beware: breakfast service is very slow! Like the food, the service is variable! Some staff are friendly, others much less so! Reception is almost never occupied, and the staff are not helpful or customer-oriented! For an all-inclusive, some days there was water, some days not! This exasperated me, I went to the mall to buy water packs (which were also in action), I offered them so they could distribute some to the guests! The wifi is very bad and regularly out of order! The fitness room is very small, poorly maintained and not very clean! No one on arrival to welcome and on departure, someone was but didn't ask me how my stay went and didn't thank me! Really inadequate! Cassey was a good collaborator! Too bad, there's everything to do well, but there really is room for improvement! "

"Die Lage ist traumhaft.Der Strand ist top. Er bietet für jeden das Richtige.Man kann ganz alleine am Meer träumen oder alle Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten in Anspruch nehmen. Das Personal ist sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen mit dem Morgen-, Mittag- und Abendbuffet hat uns voll begeistert. Die Zimmer braucht man ja nur zum Duschen und Schlafen.Daher erwarteten wir von einem 3* Hotel keine Super-Suite. Einfach daran denken, dass es einmal in der Woche gereinigt wird, ausser man bucht gegen Aufpreis mehr."
