The check-in process was not smooth and did not receive the information until the day of check-out and was very confusing. There is no front desk and no personnel other than a virtual help desk which is inside the hotel and only accessible if you have a code which they did not provide

무인 호텔이라 혹시라도 문제 발생시 도움을 받기 어려울 수는 있겠으나, 가격대비 시설도 너무 좋고, 방 크기도 정말 넓었고, 위치도 좋았습니다. 저는 아무 문제없이 숙박했는데, 로비에서 뭔가 문제 때문에 호텔측과 통화하는 다른 투숙객들을 여럿 보긴 했네요

Rakuten Stay Kokura was clean, modern, and efficient. It was a very comfortable stay, and very convenient for access to the JR station and shopping and dining in the nearby shotengai. Would use a Rakuten Stay again.

2박3일 3명 가족여행이였는데 체크인시간에 체크인 하는것은 이해 할수 있으나 캐리어 보관함 고장으로 맡길곳도 없고 여행하는데 문제가 있었음. 또한 타올이 첫날에만 제공되는데 2일째는 썼던 수건을 다시 썼음..추가 제공을 해달라고 했지만 더 해주지 않았음.
