The gardens are private but there are no dividing fences between the neighbours. Although access to the property is primarily gained from the rear where there are 23 steps leading up to the cottage, gaining access into the kitchen, you can also enter through the front door where there are no steps. There is a drop off area to the side of the property for those who may have difficulty with the steps.

There is parking for two cars at the rear of the property.

Set in a peaceful location, surrounded by fields and a working farm, Kirkcaldy town centre is just three miles away and close to road links. Ideally for visiting Fife’s stunning coastal Path, Loch Lomond and Edinburgh. If you’re looking for a bit more activity, Cluny Activity Centre is right on your doorstep. Beach 4 miles.
