„Staff were excellent“

„No issues with the room as usual, we have stayed there several times as we visit family nearby. My issue was the breakfast, as, ,although soya milk and gluten free bread was on menu, there was none available. Which is not acceptable if on the menu, when staff asked, we were told it had not been delivered. However exactly the same thing happened last time we stayed there. Not acceptable.“

„Lovely hotel, friendly staff, excellent breakfast!“

„Hotel im Zentrum, Zimmer o.k. (nicht mehr und nicht weniger), Bad noch relativ neu, eher mittelmäßiges (englisches Frühstück).“

„Very quiet location close to all amenities. Stairs may be difficult for less able people. Garden could be lovely, with some work. Car park charges have Increased to £7. , not £4.50“

„Excellent room with air conditioning which was a boon. Facilities were also excellent. Breakfast was good and parking on the premises. Would stay there again.“

„Friendly bar staff. Food was good. Chef’s night off and they still made dinner, although they did make us feel a bit guilty for having a friend join us who lived in Bourne. Quiz night, so good fun. Room was clean but bathroom was up some steps which was a bit tricky in the middle of the night. Rooms were quiet. Had a good sleep.“

„Das Restaurant und die Bar sind gut aber mein Zimmer war etwas veraltet. Für das Zimmer war der Preis viel zu hoch. “

„The complimentary drink on arrival was a nice touch. Dinner was superb“

„Non-contact hotel offering good facilities for stay in Oakham. Comfy bed, very nice washroom and basic appliances. Good value for money“
