„The two things that need improvement is the bedding bed was comfortable but proper blankets needed and in the bathroom a wall tile missing just those two things great price very convenient and nice pool. Although i was given a a code to use the pool i was npt asked for it almost the whole stay then after i deleted it i was asked for it had to look through all my deleted emails to find it. Swam every day there out of six asked for it on my last day.“

The very good point is that you have all important groceries around and many clubs bars and restaurants.
And specially parking space for rented vehicles.

"Das Citadines ist in mehrfacher Hinsicht einfach ideal: intergiert ins Baseline Center findet man in ditekter Unge ung alles was man braucht: Restaurants, Gym, Supermarkt etc. Die Zimmer sind neuwertig und teilweise mit Küchenzeile ausgestattet. Unglaublich ist der Pool im 9. Stock und diverse weitere Dinge die den aufenthalt angenehm machen (Waschmaschinen bspw.). Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist in einem relativ sicheren Viertel, aber wie gesagt, man braucht an sich nicht weg von dort."
"I had an incredibly disappointing stay at Astrotel Cebu. Unfortunately, I discovered bed bugs in two different rooms, which was not only disturbing but also concerning for my health. Additionally, the shower had a serious drainage issue.
After reporting these issues, I was assured by the Hotel that I would receive a refund from Hotels.com/Expedia. However, it’s been a long time, and despite multiple inquiries from Hotels.com/Expedia, Astrotel Cebu has completely ignored all attempts to resolve the matter.
This complete lack of response is beyond frustrating. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.
