„very private, huge gardens, lovely welcome basket. very comfortable beds with fresh bed linens and towels, plenty of hot water and of course the hot tub!only thing we could say is the walls/kitchen windows and banister were a bit grubby, they really need a good clean . excellent location to access local attractions and a fab pub a couple of miles away serving gorgeous food.star gazing was beautifulX we could see the milky way“

Located in between Lhandridod Wells and Builth Wells, it's a nice getaway if you're looking for a rural quiet area.The ace card of the property is the all day heated hot tub (which has a roof over it to use in all weathers). „In a good quiet location close to city centre. Relatively new kitchen and bathroom. However, oven and microwave were very dirty. The rest of the property is in poor decorative condition and state of repair. Because of this it did not seem good value for money compared to other properties we stayed in on our trip.“

„The house and cottage was perfect for our family reunion of 12 and 2 little ones. Bathroom and shower/tub in every room! Kitchen and Dining area and seating for 18 inside and out was perfect. Amazing kitchen with plenty of dishes and all possibly needed to cook large meals. Three sitting rooms with fireplace and wood provided Games, books, puzzles, game room, outside badminton and soccer. Best VRBO! Views amazing!“

Also close to river where safe to swim which we all enjoyed…highlight as so hot Only down side could not get in till 4pm (3pm would have been more acceptable as would 11am on day of departure instead of 10am) requested but had to pay extra!“
