Was very clean and private enough had my family come check me and take menout on the road communication was fairly easy was left alone to my own till check out day besides housekeeping which wasnt daily but she comes enough where u can tell her wjats needed or missing most definitely looking to book again but cant seem to find the apartment on here again..

Stay here from 3/26 to 3/29. Wonderful nice quiet. The only this about the place is nothing. Nice place to be at. The vehicle that honk there horn , that's just typical and normal in Jamaica. Those horn or like music to my ears.

The renting Agent Janice is very professional and helpful, however the TV has no channels, the Air conditioning can not be regulated, the remote does not work , not even ON or OFF, the apartment requires plumbing work both in the kitchen and the bathroom, you can barley get hot water to flow out of the shower, overall the place is quite, if not those inconveniences my time there would have been great

Dear Danny, Thank you for your review. The air conditioning remote is in fact working. you were pressing the wrong button. Regarding the kitchen and bathroom faucet it flows freely. you suggested a Plummer we did have a Plummer come to look at it. Everything was working properly. With regards to the channels you wanted movies from pay per view, that you would have to pay for. I am sorry that your stay was not pleasant as you would have wanted it to be.

I love that the apartment was clean and had everything I needed. The owners were very nice and when I had an issue they got right on it. One thing that I didn't know and didn't see when booked was that they didn't allow kids which was a huge disappointment. Every other day we had someone clean which was nice. Everyone was very friendly and nice.

I think the condo locaton is ideal being close to Devon House. Sovergn Shopping Mall, and Bob Marley Museum and for me all are walkable.

Hospitality was exceptional. Felt like home from home. Great reception pack and the introduction to the local environment was very much appreciated. At times the local traffic noise was a little excessive but with the other service and reception this was never an issue. We had a great time. Finally, just to say this is not a facility suitable for disability access.

The apartment was convenient for what i needed to do. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, 28 stairs, to the top. It is on the street side so traffic noise is ever present. The housekeeper is scheduled to come every other day, which was not communicated to me and caused a little problem so you need to get that clarified right away. Communication with office produced quick results, ie toilet paper was replenished when asked. This is my 2nd stay here and was surprised the the starter breakfast foods of cereal, milk bread, eggs and juice were not left as they were last year, just 2 bottles of water. This necessitated a trip to the supermarket. Otherwise this is a nice respite.

The listing is as photographed. The apartment is clean and the AC and water pressure works. The location was ideal for my needs during my trip. Although the apartment isn’t new, it’s well kept and maintained. I felt that it was a fair deal for the cost. However, the management team is the most unprofessional I’ve ever encountered in all my travels. I sent a message for clarification regarding additional fees requested and the response I received (sent via multiple voice messages) was inappropriate, condescending and rude. It wasn’t until I sent screenshots of the information posted online that was unclear did I receive an apology. All of this occurred before I even arrived at the property. That type of behavior should never happen and if it wasn’t a busy time, I would have found another place to stay. The check-in process could be improved as well. When everything was said and done and I arrived at the building after they told me the room would be ready, I still had to wait over twenty minutes for someone to arrive. The food provisions didn’t arrive till about an hour later. When the room was cleaned, the garbage hadn't been taken out nor were the towels changed. As far as amenities, there was no soap, shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom and no paper towel (to dry your hands) in the kitchen.

Thanks for your great review re our Apartment. As it relates to management's response to you, its unfortunate that you feel this way. However, I'd like to make it clear that before your arrival you were specifically told at least 5 times that there is a early check-in fee. Check-in time is 3pm you wanted a check-in time of 10am and refused to pay the extra charge even after speaking to a representative at Expedia.... It is also unfortunate that you mistreated the Apartment and left it in a filthy condition showing a lack of personal pride and respect for the rented property. you're now being critical in a negative manner-NOTHING CONSTRUCTIVE.

The communication for my bookings was efficient and prompt. The apt is on the 3rd floor, the agent was at the apt when I arrived and gave me a tour. It was spotless clean. A very quiet community the pool area was great, lounge chairs a little dated, not a deal breaker at all. Lovely big balcony. Apt faces the street on Hope Road. The traffic was a little loud in the morning (I bought earplugs and all was great). 5 Minute walk to Bob Marley Museum. It is everything you need in a great location. I would stay there again and definitely recommend it.

This property is beautiful! Pictures are representative of how it looks. Light, airy 2 rooms, large veranda facing the street, which produces a lot of noise until midnight. The owner provides eggs, bread cereal, milk and juice to get your day started. The small gated community is quiet, not difficult to walk around. The pool could use some repairs but is functional with chairs and tables for your use. I enjoyed my stay tnere, wish I had found it sooner and will rent this property again.

We tried to contact guest two days prior to arrival, without success. We sent texts messages informing guest that we would need to be alerted when he was on his way to the apartment, as there is not a front desk. Again unsuccessful... The guest arrived after 8pm at the apartment. We took approximately half an hour to reach the apartment as there was alot of traffic on the road. We did infact move the guest to another apartment as the water pressure was low (This is now corrected). This guest expressed how happy he was with the new apartment. So I'm surprised of his review. My stay at this property was amazing. Close to the town and the area was nice and quiet. The accommodations were just as stated on the site, plus more. Right beside the Bob Marley Museum.

Did not stay at this hotel my flight was delayed
Flight delayed so after hours at the Alamo rental car place I didn’t get my rental as reserved so paid taxi Hardly find the place was inside of another community named mayfield apts.(which was never communicated that) There was no one present stated it will be an hour before someone arrives at this mayfield apt.complex Bunch of Rip offs Just to get your money than say you didn’t show up or they wasn’t notified by anyone

I am sorry you feel that way. However the fact is that you found somewhere "Cheaper" We waited at the apartment for 4 hours waiting on you to arrive. You were called many times and your answer was always "Im almost there". You never showed!!! You are being malicious because you thought you would have been refunded!! We wish you all the very best.

The customer service was terrible! They called themselves a *luxury* condo but nothing was luxurious about it! They had misleading advertisement stating that they serve continental breakfast for two but that was a lie! They had two pocket size box of ceral on the top of the fridge for the entire time I was there with spoil milk in the fridge and no sugar. And when the owner was asked about not having any sugar she complained that sugar was not included in contential breakfast?? Like really?? and she complained about having to drive there to bring the sugar. And to top it off she didn't have the decent courtesy to buy the sugar she brought the sugar in a glass as if she had brought it from home like are you kidding me? How tacky and unprofessional is that! The property looks fairly old so I don't know if she may have inherited it because she doesn't seem to know much about operating a bussiness. She needs to take up a few courses that can teach her about business management and customer care. The so called *luxury* condo is being operated like a run down motel.. I am very well traveled and this was the worst experience I've had in my entire life of travelling . The condo didn't even have a telephone!! My lawd!! and it didn't even have the basic ABC channel for me to watch the NBA finals game. Listen..I can write a book on their poor service but time will not permit..I will never recommend this place to anyone and I certainly will never visit there again in LIFE!

We are so sorry our guest reported not enjoying her stay with us. However, its important that we point out some inconsistencies. Breakfast Provisions in the refrigerator for 3 nights consisted of a loaf of fresh bread, butter, Yogurt, eggs, orange juice, fresh milk and cereal.....bottled water. I was called with a complain at 5 am in the morning that there was no cutlery provided. While there was a drawer full of all assorted cutlery. This guest chose not to open the kitchen drawers as instructed,but insisted that there were none. I visited immediately opened the drawer in her presence...this guest remarked that they forgot to open the drawers. Regarding the sugar ...sugar was brought to this guest in an appropriate properly covered sugar bowl. The real issue stemmed from her objection to pay for airport pick up.This is an independent contractor with whom we have no business connection. Also she was told in advance prior to her trip, that payment is made directly to the taxi driver. This guest commented on arrival how lovely and clean the accommodation was. It appears this guest might be depressed and or having emotional trouble as manifested by her uncontrolled temperamental outburst and badgering about sugar and cutlery. The taxi driver reported that she seemed to have a mental problem. Non the less we wish her all the best.

Nice apartment
I enjoyed staying here. The staff was nice and available to answer any questions I had. The fridge was stocked with breakfast items. The toughest part is that it was quite a walk to the grocery story in that heat. overall I enjoyed my stay. The property is also gated in with security at the entrance.

I enjoyed my stay at the Kingston Luxury Condo Apartment. The facility was immaculate, the location ideal for getting around Kingston as it is near Bob Marley Museum, Devon House and malls including Sovereign. I recommend the location for an individual or couple.

Mayfield Apartments: Kingston
The location for this apartment receives an A+ (close to shopping, great restaurants, within a few minutes drive of New Kingston, Liguanea, Mona, and Constant Spring). The traffic is heavy in the early morning and late afternoon, but manageable with planning...that's Kingston. Check-in was "rocky," but the property manager, Bernard, made it much better. Bernard is a great guy--warm, friendly, and very helpful. The security guys at the gate were also kind and accommodating. The unit had AC in the bedroom but not in the living, so summer months might be a little tough. But the work space was very good. Additionally, the apartment has a big parking lot with a lot of space for private parking if you have your own vehicle. Oh yeah, one more thing that will be helpful to you--the name on the building/wall is MAYFIELD, not Kingston Luxury Condo Apartments. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Very nice N Clean
I was very pleased with the apartment. The owner/manager made themselves available and accessible. Very comfortable and clean. Only little issue is the stairs climbing, which might be a non issue for someone else. It was different but a great experience. Would certainly use the facilites again, if owners/hosts allow. Pictures are a true representation of the place. You'd love it!
