Sehr freundliche Inhaber. Unser Zimmer Suite 41, für 1 Nacht, war mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Allerdings ist die komplette Ausstattung stark in die Jahre gekommen. Also im Bad gibt es zwar einen Whirlpool aber einfach alt, lädt nicht besonders zum planschen ein. Die Dusche war eine Katastrophe. Die Duschwand hat sich bereits außer Verankerung in der Wand gelöst, daher geht die duschtet nur mit Mühe und Not auf und zu. Sauer war aber alles. Gab sogar echte Blümchen im Bad zur Der Boden ist schief und knarrt ordentlich. Nachts ins Bad schleichen ist nicht möglich. Bett im allgemeinen war super. Wir haben gut geschlafen und Kissen waren genügend zur Auswahl dabei. Sehr kuschelig.

Das Zimmer roch muffig, die Heizung im Bad funktionierte nicht und im Bett und auf dem Boden lagen Haare, die nicht von uns waren. Die Matratze ist sehr weich.

We had a very nice stay! The place was clean, good size, beds were confortable. We had everything needed to prepare snacks and small meals. The lady at the front desk was very charming and helpful assisting us with finding activities. We would definitely come back!

Very comfortable clean and affordable accommodations. As a senior I find damage deposits initiated as a blanket policy are a poorly thought out principle. If a hotel has a record of previous stays that indicate that the client has not been the cause of a damage claim, or a noise complaint, or has not stolen towels or other items, or based on any other criteria the owner wishes to use as a measure of risk, then the damage deposit request is both inappropriate and a very negative reflection on the level of trust that the proprietor has on even their repeat customers.

The front desk staff were very courteous and able to recommend eating places near hotel. The motel is well maintained and the owner should be very proud of it. A motel built 60-70 years ago has been well treated by the owners. It is a pleasant break from the big sterilized commercial hotels/properties.

One of the BEST hotels I’ve stayed in! It is such a cute place and the service is phenomenal! I’m a clean freak and the first thing I do when I check in to a room is inspect the bed for any hair or stains and the bed sheets were SPOTLESS (not even a dust bunny) I can’t express enough how clean the room was which is very rare these days unless you’re staying at a 4 start hotel. The washroom was spotless as well and they even provided makeup wipes! Also there was a wireless charger provided in the room as well. The pool was beautiful and very inviting, my partner and I had so much fun hanging out by the pool. I can not stop raving about this place, I will not be coming to Kingston unless I can stay here! It is THAT good! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a cute, clean and friendly place to stay at. Rooms: Clean and accommodating with excellent features and amenities.

This was by far the best motel I have stayed in. The owner's are super nice people and quite accommodating. The room was immaculate and beautifully decorated and super clean. The pool area was very clean as well and swimming was great. They have a bbq on site so if u bring any thing you can cook on it. I would stay here again. I wish all motels were like this one

Green Acres really is the place to be!
Wow - What a spot! This was our first visit to Green Acres Inn and we couldn’t have been happier with our room. Our room was spotless and the grounds were impeccably kept, with lots of different seating areas for guests to enjoy. I didn’t try the pool, but saw others enjoying it during our 3 night stay. Excellent location, close enough to all of Kingston’s hot spots and historic properties. Green Acres will definitely be my new go-to when in the area and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.
