An attractive, detached brick and flint bungalow, Horatio Cottage was originally built by a well-regarded local builder. Now completely modernised, the accommodation has been designed and equipped for easy holiday living. The bright living areas both overlook and allow access into the private, fully enclosed garden - ideal for relaxing in the sunshine and al fresco dining. The modern fitted dining kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast from the fabulous local produce, and the dual-aspect spacious and light-filled sitting room offers plenty of comfortable seating, with extra warmth from a wood burning stove for cosy evenings. The two large bedrooms (king-size and flexible super-king/twin) have high quality beds and linens and blackout blinds / curtains. The ensuite bathroom has a rainfall shower, while the second bathroom has a large bath - both are equipped with fluffy towels and heated towel rails. There is ample off-street parking to the front of the house, with an EV charger for added convenience. Dogs are warmly welcomed and the garden has a practical outdoor hot and cold shower attachment - perfect for washing off sandy boots and paws. There is plenty of space outside and in the garage for storing bikes, toys or beach equipment.

Take a look around the independent shops and delicatessens, or even catch the excellent Coastliner bus to enjoy a day out visiting the other villages and attractions along the coast. Don't miss the spectacular beaches at Burnham Overy, Holkham, Wells and Brancaster, all within a few miles, and at the end of your day return home to the peace of the cottage for drinks in the garden, or a cosy evening round the fire.
