„So grateful to have a vrbo where our two 50 lb dogs are welcome. The new home being built next door is beautiful to watch them finish but to see the river we only had to turn left out of the driveway and walk around the corner to see it or go outside the master bedroom to the end of the deck and we could see a slice of it. The owner responds well. It is quiet; there are basic provisions and the a/c works great! The beds were also very comfortable!!“

„Charming cottage with updated decor. The host was very comucative during a power outage due to storms. The kitchen was nicly stocked with snacks and drinks. The pool was nice, but the backyard was not very usable due to some leftovers from repair work taking up the grassy area.“

„Great place, super cute and walking distance to everything. Host was great!“

„House was very nice and very private. The location is tucked away from Colonial Beach, but just a short drive away for a visit. The kayaks and the water were a favorite for my kids. The kitchen was FULLY stocked with all of the tools we needed and that was a very nice touch. It was easy to get settled and provided plenty of space for our family.“

„This stay was perfect for our visit to Quantico. The accommodations are so clean and the host was great to work with. Highly recommend!“

„We had an excellent stay! Everything was great from beginning to end. The place was very clean, well organized, and fully stocked with all the supplies we needed. Communication with the host was excellent very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend this property to others. Thank you for such a wonderful experience“

„The property was everything we expected and as shown on pictures, very clean, plenty of room to relax and stretch. There were plenty of games to play: miniature pool/fooseball/ping pong table; as well as video games. Great location if you're looking to stay for graduation.“

„We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The property was perfectly located close to everything in Central Park and the surrounding areas but also just outside of the hustle and bustle. We would definitely stay there again.“

„Great place to stay in Stafford. Clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.“

„QUALITY IS JOB ONE..“

„Host never made contact with entry instructions. Arrived at the house at the stated check in time and there was no way to get in the property.“

„We arrived promptly at 4PM, the check in time to find 3 foot of snow piled up all along the road, the entire parking area, drive way covered in snow and ice. We were in town to do some work for my niece so we had a few supplies on my van. My husband had to pick axe an area large enough for my van, we were then able to reverse in and leave my front tires almost in the street. Then we started making trips with our luggage, stuff for the kitchen etc across the snow and ice to the front door.  ...

„Great location for our family of 6 to visit our Marine. The house fit us so comfortably, it was very clean and located conveniently to so many stores, restaurants, base and museum with reasonable drive to DCA. Would definitely recommend.“

„Charity is a gem. She is an expert communicator. Always fast. Always thorough. Our multi-generational family enjoyed this property a lot. The pool was the highlight and was used everyday! All day!! We were delighted to find the home stocked with a tea and coffee station. We made great use of that. The kitchen was well stocked. Probably could have used a large frying pan or griddle to make large breakfast for everyone. We made due. Each bedroom had fun decor and great linens. The showers were ...

„What an adorable country cottage. We came up for just 1 night for a family function and felt right at home. We are a family of four with 2 adult children but you could easily have 2 more children and a baby here. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with cozy nooks and nice front porch. Very clean and beds are comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen including full spice rack. We will definitely be back.“

„We really enjoyed our stay at this lake house. The view is beautiful and the house is beautifully decorated and kid friendly. Just a really charming place to stay for a family vacation.“
