„Excellent.“

„The rental was a cozy, easily accessible property. We enjoyed the fire pit and the coffee bar. Everything was very clean and was accurately described. Our host was a great communicator and went above and beyond to make sure we were well informed before our stay. Would highly recommend to friends and intend on coming back.“

„Beds were very comfortable.“

„This was a wonderful place to stay for the Romulus - Wine Country - dog shows. The hosts included thoughtful accommodations for our dogs including a dog bed, poop bags, treats, a water bowl and leash. It’s very nicely laid out to make a comfortable homey feeling. We really enjoyed the little outdoor porch and fire pit. And the coffee bar. The beds were extremely comfortable. All the furniture was. I would love to stay here again.“

„My family had a fabulous time at this property. The location was perfect and the home was very clean and spacious. There were a few minor quirks but the owner was very quick to respond to messages. These issues in no way impacted our stay. All in all, we would definitely stay at this home again!!“

„Super nice host! The place was clean and well decorated- a lot of space. Quiet neighborhood!“

„This cozy cottage was exactly what we were looking for- quiet relaxation, great views, easy access. We hope to return in the future!“

„The house itself was cute and accommodating for our larger group. If your tall, you couldn't use the shower on the first floor, but we made do. The major unfortunate note, it smelled very strongly of stale cigarette smoke. It was extremely bad in the front first floor bedroom. Otherwise we had a good stay.“

„Great location in an old home“

„We had a fantastic stay at Voorheis Vista for a nice five night getaway. The home was immaculate, and check-in/out was a breeze. Sitting on the covered porch watching the animals or thunderstorms in the distance was peaceful and refreshing. It was close enough to the action of Watkins Glen and Ithaca, but far enough away to provide a chance to just unwind. If I’m ever in the area again, this would certainly be on the list of places I’d look at staying.“

„Cute place, but the communication with the host was horrible. I asked about late check out and it took her over 24 hours to reply. Then when checking in, the code did not work. Tried calling her multiple times, and it just went to voicemail. Thankfully eventually we did get in but not with her help at all. 5 hours later, at 10 pm she replied. Like I said, the place was super cute, but the communication just seals it for me, I will not book again.“

„Excellent property closes to everything in town“
