„We enjoyed our trip a lot. cocos cottage was in a good location and an easy walk to the beach and Target. It’s centrally located in the area and a quick drive to lots of restaurants, stores and activities. The house was good, easy to check in and good communication with Don. It is a little older home but is in a quiet neighborhood and has everything that you would need. We would stay there again and definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a great beach vacation house!“

„Not getting 5 stars because the linens weren’t clean when we got there. The linen company failed to replace the box of towels and bed sheets, so we were up until 3am on the first night cleaning the bedding. The host was very responsive and brought us new bedding the next day. This wasn’t entirely the hosts fault, but it certainly was the lowest category of the stay.“

„Very comfy, clean and well equipped. There was some confusion about a hot tub being on premises, as listed, but there is not a hot tub on premises. Owner quickly responded to our concerns about lack of hot tub, and even sent us a gift for the misunderstanding. This was very considerate! Downstairs tenant was very nice and offered to help us move in! Perfect location! My family was very comfortable here!“

„This was our first trip to the Outer Banks and this single-family house better suited us than a busy condo. It is about 1.5 miles from a nice beach and is appointed with everything we needed, including chairs for the beach. The road where it is located is a pretty busy artery for the area which is good for access but noisier than a side street. We were pleased with the house and Tanya is great to work with.“

„This was a special getaway for us to enjoy the beach. The rental was right on the beach with a sitting area over looking the beach. We loved that. There was a little trouble with communication at first to find out the check in process and then we found out that the husband had been in an accident and that's why we didn't get information.
