"The hotel was very good and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty and there was a wide choice. "The hotel was overbooked. I was therefore given a room that was far from what I had paid for. I had to share a shower and toilet facilities with others. "Wir waren 2 Nächte hier. Das Hotel ansich ist in Ordnung die Zimmer im Haupthaus sehr klein die Zimmer weiter oben sind wesentlich schöner. Das Essen ist sehr gut aber auch nicht billig. Leider endete unser Aufenthalt in einem Desaster wir waren Essen und bezahlten mit Kreditkarte erst war die Rechnung ..."…""Wir waren 2 Nächte hier. "Very comfortable room and a lovely hotel. I would stay again. Definitely no Smart tv in the room. The Hotels.com description says that there is no reception. "Arrived at 02h00 in the morning and the requested Pick-up was not there. Arrived in the hotel, the room was not Ready (at two o´clock in the morning!!!). I had to wait 30 minutes. "I had high hopes for this hotel, as my wife and I used to come to sit by the pool when we lived in Kigali, and it seemed like a nice place. Better to stay at the pool, and not rent a room! Internet was out the entire stay.
