"Very clean and updated! Only thing, the AC didnt work in our room nor in the living room nor kitchen. Our room was 80° when we got there and it wouldnt come on. "The property is a wonderful place to stay. The view is amazing from the wrap around porch. This is the 3rd time we have stayed there. Not far from Berlin, Sugar Creek, Mt. Hope, Charm or Walnut Creek. My sister and adult daughter love to get away there for a girls retreat. Eli is a wonderful host. It is very clean and comfortable and has a hot tub! The goats are a bonus."

"Great location, close to I-77. I had family travelling from the Carolinas, Georgia, and Central Ohio, this was the perfect spot for us to gather for a weekend wedding. We loved the space. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking in. The beds were so comfortable and the living room was perfectly set up for a movie night! We appreciated all of the "little things" that the property owner provided. Even the neighbors were lovely!"
