„Amazing family run hotel In a fantastic easily accessible location. Good breakfast and very comfortable sleeping accommodations! Very pleasant stay in Xiva thanks to this hotel!“

„The location is excellent, right inside the old part of Khiva and close to the historical sites. Room is small and dirty, hairs all over the carpets. The beds are only covered with a fitted sheet. For a blanket you remove a white blanket from the cupboard and put that on the bed with no top sheet.

„Horrible experience!! We truly disliked our stay there; bathroom smells like sewage, customer service is non existent, very poor decor, and lack of outdoor light, difficult to find, the location is on the end of the wall city near north gate. I do not recommend this place and service.“

„From the outside, it's a hole in the wall. Once inside, it's just plain comfortable. Everything works, Mom smiles and feed you like her son. You don't really want to leave.“

„Breakfast was well prepared, staff members were helpful.“

„The one thing this hotel has going for it is proximity to the train station, so it's very convenient for catching an early morning train. Otherwise, it advertises more than it offers. The promised city view was a window looking out onto the wall of the next door building, the hot water heater to make tea was broken, and the a/c was weak. There was no sign of any spa or other amenities.“
