The private beach is never crowded and pristine. The owner Michael, is just a phone call away and always has wonderful suggestions for dining and activities. „Our stay at Key Colony Point was fantastic! From my initial inquiry to the last day of our stay communication with the owner and property manager was great! The condo is wonderful, so open and beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean! We stayed with our two teenagers and had more than enough space for all 4 of us. „Die ganze Anlage der Key Colony Point ist sehr gepflegt. Nach dem Sturm Irma im Sept 2017 gab es einiges zur Wiederherstellung der Anlage zu leisten. Im Appartement fanden wir eine sehr interessante Dokumentation zu diesen Arbeiten. Das Appartement (Unit 10) ist mit seinen drei Schlafzimmern mit eigenem Bad, der Wohneinheit und der Küche hervorragend. Wir haben das angetroffen, was in FeWo beschrieben und wonach wir gesucht haben. Wir würden diese Unit immer wieder buchen.“

„Good contact to owner. House was as described/seen in pictures and clean. Bed was comfortable, kitchen ok, fridge a little bit loud at night. Unfolded couch (sleeping mode) not recommened for adults, mattress too soft, but good for a child. Air condition and ceiling fan as well as WiFi very good. Cabana Club was nice and a good playground is not far away. Conclusion: nice house, well equipped and affordable. Gladly again.“

„We stayed for a week in May! The location was great! The house had pretty much everything we needed. The beds were comfy. The pool was awesome! We paid for the heat in the hot tub but didn’t need it! Lots of seating outside. The ceiling fans on the lanai were great! They had so many towels! They do require you wash towels (that aren’t part of everyday use in the bathroom) but that was no big deal with the stackable washer and dryer in the house.“
