„Good contact to owner. House was as described/seen in pictures and clean. Bed was comfortable, kitchen ok, fridge a little bit loud at night. Unfolded couch (sleeping mode) not recommened for adults, mattress too soft, but good for a child. Air condition and ceiling fan as well as WiFi very good. Cabana Club was nice and a good playground is not far away. Conclusion: nice house, well equipped and affordable. Gladly again.“

„We had one of the most memorable vacations ever. The rental home from Lexia and Mike was PERFECT. The communication with the owner was fantastic and we would love to come back for another stay. The home was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable week's stay. The location of Key Colony was ideal for us to be able to hit numerous adventures throughout our stay (Turtle Hospital, Snorkel trip, Dolphin Research Center and day trip to Key West).
