„Good location and close to mist things“

„Our stay in Elk Rapids was wonderful, clean, and cozy! The location is perfect—easily within walking distance to town (under a mile) and right across the street from Bass Lake, where we loved playing cards by the water.The town is incredibly kid- and dog-friendly. We walked to the free Monday night movies, the Wednesday street vendor market, and the Friday morning farmers market. „The space was well appointed and needed items such as paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap and dishwasher tablets were all there. Family Fare grocery store is across the street for any foods items I needed. There was only one small ice tray, so buying bagged ice is required. Additional trays would have been nice. There is no outdoor space for sitting outside. Parking is very limited. A sign in the unit would be worthwhile to indicate where parking is allowed. Overall I enjoyed my stay.“

„The only issue we had was the wifi network name we were given wasn't one of the names we had to choose from. We weren't able to use wifi. Other then that everything was perfect.“

„The property was very clean and well supplied. However, the upper unit has very low and angled ceilings and it is not possible to get out of bed and stand up, for example. Although the unit is updated, it still feels dated. For over 500 per night this was very overpriced.“

„Location was great, a short walk to downtown and the waterfront. The rental was not particularly clean and was probably rushed to market after a low effort flip. Faucets and bath fixtures are not properly installed, door handles are not mounted correctly, light fixtures are limited and its often the equivalent of a plain bulb in the ceiling. Glass top range has not been properly cleaned, and has a crusty brown coating on each burner. Trim was roughly painted, just one of many details ...
