„We enjoyed our stay. The fact it was back a driveway made for nice privacy. We enjoyed the level yard and that it was right on the water. The kitchen was we'll supplied and overall very spacious. It was decorated very tastefully and we enjoyed the back veranda. Beautiful spot to sit and sip coffee in the morning. We would have enjoyed some screens in the windows so that we could have opened the windows and sliding glass doors as the weather was perfect. “

In addition to the direct lake access, the covered balcony right over the lake is a major plus as well as the outdoor jacuzzi with direct lake views. There are several areas for people to gather for various games, activities or just a quiet space for reading. The owner Dawn is always responsive if any issues or questions arise. Totally positive experiences. 5 stars“

„Great location, great home, lots to do in the area and at the home. Cooked many meals at the house, ate dinner out only once to celebrate 3 family birthdays. Rented a pontoon boat from Anchor Inn one afternoon (awesome time on the lake) and did a couple wine tastings. Wagner was fantastic! Also check out Lakewood for excellent wines as well. We saw some other, incredible houses on Canandaigua lake we wanted to book, everything looked perfect but when we saw the total price at check out, we said no way; way overpriced. But we found THIS place had it all: Enough room, nice interior, great view, nice outdoor space with a dock to park a boat, AND a fair price! Therefore, we will save this spot to check first for another rental.“
