„The property was nicely appointed and for the most part very comfortable. We had a couple glitches. We were provided the wrong door code and it took a good 20 minutes in 20 degree temperatures standing outside to connect with a person and get the correct code. The door code situation was a bit cumbersome. We found several dishes in the cabinets that that were not clean. Perhaps they did not make it through the dishwasher. Otherwise everything was clean. It would have helped to have a guide book ...

„Property had all that was required for a home away from home. Simple lovely. Vacasa didn't supply the unit number, so we spent the better part of an hour waiting to speak with a human (in the cold Idaho winter) before we could check in. And we were subsequently inundated with follow-up upsell emails/texts. Will never rent a Vacasa property again.“

„The view and setting was absolutely beautiful and has an awesome balcony. Well stocked, great communication. It's a little dated and the bathrooms especially could use a facelift. Prepare yourself for some tiny showers and shower heads that hit your chest. :) Overall we'd stay here again.“

„This was one of 2 units rented for a group of 30-40 year olds. We enjoyed this property. The price, sleeping arrangements, and location were all great. Many reviews point out this unit could use some love - and it could, but that wasn’t an issue for us at all. Beds were comfy, water in the showers was hot and the location is great to access the mountain and all communications were simple and sufficient. Thanks!“

„Simply a perfect mountain retreat. Twenty minute drive out of Ketchum and you really get away from it all. The cabin is amazing and extremely well laid out. The beds are very comfortable—I slept incredibly well!! I especially enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, which is important when you’re up in in the mountains. The cabin was warm and cozy and that’s even before you light the wood stove. Truly a great great place and I’d happily stay again.“
