It’s an older hotel, and probably had its glory days quite a few years ago. The staff were very nice. Very close to “downtown Keswick” dining options. Breakfast was fairly good.

Staff are great but the hotel itself needs some TLC, we stayed in an executive suite which had wallpaper coming off, a shower that was so weak it’s questionable if it was even a shower and a bath that dripped constantly. The mirror had a scum on it that made it unusable. “Mountain View” also comes with a view directly into other windows with no blinds or net it felt exposed. Could be amazing 5* hotel if a bit was spent to bring update the facilities.

Arriving at the property there was very limited parking, However there was pay parking across the road. We were met by a lovely receptionist who checked us in with no issues. The property is very central and everything was within walking distance. The room was very spacious, but very dated. The bed was very noisy, creeky and abit too firm. Bathroom had a nice jet pool bath and bath. Not the best shower but it had hot water and that’s what u need. The views are great and all members of staff were lovely. The breakfast was spot on, we had the all English. There was other options along with cereals. All in all u pay for the location rather than comfort.

We stayed one night at the Keswick Park hotel & enjoyed our stay. Friendly check in, a nice room with a comfy bed and great view of the mountains Also the breakfast was excellent. I would recommend this hotel & definitely stay here again when we next visit Keswick 😊

Good location. 2 minute walk into the town centre. Fantastic views from our room onto Skiddaw. Top class Cumbrian breakfast.

Pleasant hotel , 3 mins walk from town centre Very small carpark for hotel but long stay pay and display 5 mins walk away. Room was very large but a bit dusty in places. Full English breakfast was spot on ! Value for money would stay again

Nightmare. We had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs. We are seniors and thankfully in good health because the manager did not ask or offer to help. There are only 3 people working there and check in is at 3 pm - not earlier. Even though all that is required is giving your name - nothing to sign. The parking is difficult to use unless you’re lucky to get the one space next to the street. Wi-Fi didn’t work up in our room. The manager keeps his head down and doesn’t seem to care.

I am sorry to hear that your stay did not live up to your expectations. I was away on the dates of your stay, so can assure you 'the manager' was not the one to ignore you. I am sure if you had asked the gentleman on reception, he would have happily helped take your cases upstairs. Check in time and car parking are clearly explained before you book, and after.

Good Things: Hotel was located close to markets, easy to access different attractions. Breakfast was good. good service. Bed was good size. enough for a family with 2 teenagers Bad Things: No Air condition Bathroom could be better No freezer/drinking water Parking is a problem. you can get it if lucky.

Great location, lovely hotel and staff, great breakfast but very strange smell in our room which we did get used to and the hotel are aware of, seems to be coming from the wall paper. Didn’t distract from a lovely stay but really does need sorting out, apparently is only in the one room.

Very basic with great views
Very basic hotel but had everything we needed. Radiator in bathroom wouldnt turn off so it was very hot and bedding wasnt very clean. The kettle had a strange smell. The views from the room were stunning and breakfast was good! The whole hotel just needs a makeover.
