„This was the best B&B by far I have ever stayed in. The room was spotless and a very comfy bed. The full Cumbrian breakfast was delicious and plenty of it, There was also a good alternative menu aswell. But if you decide to have an evening meal you are in for a real treat. Darryl is a trained Chef and the meals he serves are amazing.“

„The room was gorgeous and Sue is the kindest person. Lots of attention to detail and the little things that make your stay special. One issue was low water pressure in the shower due to a temperamental electric device that runs the shower head.“

„Excellent Breakfast and good location.“

„Wonderful place in a wonderful area, nothing to complain about! Very nice rooms, breakfast, and surroundings!“

„A very lovely Victorian house. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you.“

„Warm welcome and a clean and comfortable room in this friendly guest house a short walk from central Penrith. Great advice on transport from the owner and delicious breakfast served in our room. Nothing more needed for a relaxing stay.“

„Pros - good location. Short walk into town. Room clean, modern & spacious. Self check in with good clear instruction prior to arrival. Cons - Car park full so had to pay for parking on car park next door. No plates at breakfast only cardboard dishes which made it difficult to butter toast as the bread wouldn't fit in the dish. Would definately stay here again though & just maybe arrive earlier to get a parking space.“
