Situated in the charming coastal town of Kenton-on-Sea, Sage Cottage is a cozy holiday home located only 600m from the pristine white sands of Middle Beach.

Sage Cottage has four bedrooms, one en-suite bathroom and two bathrooms and comfortably sleeps eight guests.

The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, bedroom one has two single beds (which can be converted to a king-size bed), bedroom three has a double bed, and bedroom four has two single beds. The two bathrooms have a bath and shower, and bath towels are supplied.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience. The house can be serviced at an additional cost. DSTV and prepaid Wi-Fi available.

The house is powered by solar and has an inverter. The stove and geyser are not connected to the system.

The living area opens to a covered patio with built-in braai. The patio is the heart of this holiday home and where our guests can linger over a long lunch, spend an afternoon reading or enjoy a cocktail next to the braai fire after a day at the beach. An outside braai area is the newest addition.

The indigenous garden creates a private outdoor space and is home to a wide variety of bird species.
Safe parking is available in the double garage and the home has a security system.
