Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum! Das Essen sowie die alkoholische Getränke schmecken sehr gut. Es ist nicht mein letzter Besuch hier im Rixos Sungate! Das Personal ist so bemüht und die lesen jeden Wunsch aus den Augen ab. Der Muharrem ist ein super Reisebegleiter und spricht fließend Deutsch in Wort und Schrift. Ich kann es nur jeden empfehlen!

Very expensive and for that money they offer you very old standard rooms. We was shocked and also after complaining the room, was no solution. Room-Service missed 2 times to clean the room at 4 nights!!! Many good drinks are only available at the pool bar. General this hotel is not to recommend.

rooms: nice, clean food: mostly good stuff: friendly beach: very small! pool: big, clean, nice I would not go back because the hotel was too big for me. I didn't like the athmosphere. Sometimes, they didn't refill the buffet so there was quite a run on the food.... We've been there in April, so things weren't ready yet. some bars were still closed and the beach was under construction.

I am satisfied with everything about my stay except the reception service. When I was moving in they were extremely rude and unprofessional with me, asking to wait for 3 hours even though my room booking started a day before I moved in. They refused to show me where my room is located and overall made me feel unwanted in the hotel. Same thing happened when I was moving out, the bellboy who took my bags from me made it seem as if he was doing me a favor rather than his job. Everyone else in the hotel was very nice and friendly! I loved my stay and glad I didn’t decide to go to a different hotel after such an unpleasant greeting.

4 Yaşında kızımızla beraber ailecek konakladık. Otel eski olmasına rağmen hizmet ve kalite anlamında kendini güncel tutmayı başarabiliyor. Özellikle çocuk klübü için bile tercih edilebilecek bir otel. Otel çok büyük olduğu içindir sanırım, havuz kenarında bulunurken garsona rastlamak biraz zor. Genelde kendi içeceğinizi kendimiz getirmek durumunda kalıyoruz. Oteldeki büyük çam ağaçları çok güzel, havuzun bazı kısımlarında gölgede yüzebilme şansı buluyorsunuz.

Definitely not an all inclusive. Never heard of an all inclusive resort that you have to pay for 4 out of 7 restaurants. Had to pay for a spot at one of their shows one night because they made it a vip section as if it was a night club. Food is ok but not much variety at all the 6 days I was there. No late check out. Out dated rooms and everything had an “extra charge “next to it. I think you can find find better hotels for the same money. Definitely not a five star hotel nor all inclusive.

Perfect location on the beach with mountains behind. No need to leave the resort! Plenty of pools and dining facilities. The evening entertainment is loud and can be heard in the rooms. Great selection of food delicious food. The room was a little dated and the property could benefit from a renovation. All in all a good resort. Kids club is excellent.

Overall it was good. The beach was beautiful and there are plenty of beach chairs. Bar Mens are good always help you with a smile. Didn’t like that the outside pools are not heated and the water was freezing. Very little options for original Turkish food in a buffet and no seafood, only the same type of fish was there everyday. The Aircon didn’t work thru the whole trip I’ve mentioned that two times to a guest relations service and no result either, luckily I could sleep with the balcony door open. The music is playing in the lobby during night time which is completely crazy to me and if you sleep with the windows open, you can hear it and it bothers you. Mükemmel bir konaklama
Sezon dışında gittiğimiz için kalabalık yoktu. Yemekler lezzetli ve gayet hijyenikti. Oda temizliği gayet güzeldi ve spa hizmeti da çok iyiydi. Rixy club hizmeti muazzam tüm arkadaşların ilgi alakaları üst düzeyde, çocuklar için bir çok etkinlik düşünülmüş. Umarım artan bu kurlarda yeniden konaklama imkanı bulabiliriz. Stay away of this place!!! Pros: Huge area, so you could do a lot of walking Clean beaches area and blankets available witch beach chairs Breakfast quality are great Friendly staff Cons: Music entertainment super loud, so you can’t get quite sleep or rest until after midnight, always boom boom even past midnight. AC in a room doesn’t work well, so we had to sleep with balcony door open. Room not cleaned well, there was a Snots on a door and walls (very disgusting), The shower head was leaking and Toilet seat were broken. Shower gel and shampoo are drying skin, so better bring your own with proper Ph. Lunch had poor selection availability Diner food quality is struggling, so better use a la cart. Drinks watered down Internet is slow and sometimes not available by the beach Everyday they checking in a room a paying area selection and on a last day they discovered an open mentos :)), so they tried to charged us 5 euros for the item which been opened by the previous guest, but their stuff discovered on a last day of our stay.

В целом всё хорошо, но отелю надо увеличить ассортимент предлагаемых алкогольных напитков (из крепких иностранных только чивас, джек и рэд лейбл, егерь не во всех барах) и пива (бутылочное только ефес).

Entertainment hotel
Rixos Sungate is an entertainment hotel. And it does what it’s meant to do. The staff is attentive but the hotel is kind of old. Don’t expect much luxury on that front.

Nice place to stay. Consider taking Airport taxi to resort instead of taxi service provided by resort. It is half the price. Food typical of all inclusive with cafeteria setting. Mexican cuisine restaurant is not Mexican. Sauces are Italian. Great workouts available with and without trainers. 1.9 km well marked walk around property inside property fencing. Only bad mark; nightly entertainment starts at 2200 and continues until 0200. Difficult to sleep at night. Decibel level at stage over 115 decibels. Very harmful to ears, especially children who were allowed on dance floor.

As Rixos Sungate, we don’t organise transfer between airport and hotel in accordance with legal procedures but we have private transfer company in our hotel and they organise it in payable. We have entertainment and sport concept in our hotel but the voice is turned down gradually after 00:00 for comfort of all guests in our hotel. If you wished , you could apply for changing the room and we could change your room with pleasure. We will organise your room about your next accommodation in silence area at Rixos Sungate The subjects you meant we would take into consideration with our department authorities as soon as possible and we will take the necessary precautions to present the best service for you immediately. Olumlu görüşleriniz kadar yapıcı eleştirileriniz de bizim için çok değerlidir. Ancak Rixos Sungate hotel olarak Ultra Herşey Dahil bir otel değil sadece Herşey Dahil bir otel conceptine sahibiz. Ayrıca otelimizin hizmet çeşitleri yaz ve kış concepti olarak iki bölüme ayrılmaktadır. Bu bağlam da, otelimizde kış concepti gereği bazı import içkilerin servisi ücretlidir. Bu bilgilendirme gerek otel factsheet’i gerek acentalar da mevcuttur. Buna ek olarak odalardaki yangın riskinden kaynaklı odalarda ütü bulunmamaktadır. Bunun yerine ücretli laundry servisimiz sizler için servis vermektedir. İste gelsin conceptinde bulunan çay-kahve setup ile kettle da talep etmeniz durumunda odanıza memnuniyetle gönderilmektedir.
