A very warm welcome to our beautiful cottage, a much loved property near the town of Lixouri. Boasting 2 bedrooms, plenty of space for socialising plus flexible accommodation, this cottage makes the perfect holiday home for a friend group or family .The much loved Apothiki second bedroom with 2 single beds is in the little house next to the cottage,with en suite bathroom, giving privacy from the main house is ideal for children or friends and relatives to have their own space. Everything about this property has been well thought through to create a relaxed and luxurious feeling, with fantastic view of the sea and close to much loved Vatsa beach, and Lakadakia beach.

Staying here has access to the private garden area around the cottage with a basket balloon chair and recliner.
the separate Chapel and garden area is for the stay of the owner only.

As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a freezer and a microwave.
The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television, internet access and a music player.

This cottage has 2 bedrooms the second in the adjacent apothiki, and can comfortably sleep 5.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
The second bedroom contains 2 single beds.
There is additional sleeping space in the cottage, comprising a single sofa bed.

There is one spacious bathroom in the main cottage, which has a toilet and sink, a bath and a walk-in shower.

Linen, towels, shampoo, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
