„Location was perfect for 10 minute walk to convention at Grand Hyatt and beach. Never made it to the pool, not sure where it’s at. 2 minute drive to poipu beach where 20 large turtles were resting and beautiful sunset. The use of chairs, umbrella, ice chest and snorkeling gear was very convenient. “

„We had a good stay. The Beach is more like a 5-7 minute walk vs. 2 minutes. The home was clean and all appliances in good working order. The noise from the main road, roosters crowing at 4:00 am and next door neighbors with their boom box music for the first few days was annoying. We were asked if we would set out the garbage can on the street the first day we checked in and on the morning of check out, asked if we would put the sheets and pillow cases in the washer before we left. „The views are spectacular! We saw whales every day. Note, there is no air conditioning but the fans and ocean breezes gave adequate and comfortable air flow. Sweet hike although challenging after a rainfall just steps from our condo to a beautiful secluded beach. Yes, this property is a little dated but we loved every second of our stay here. „It is a beautiful place and decorated just wonderfully. The kitchen was very impressively equipped with great utensils and appliances. We had to put a pillow on each side of the step as you enter with an open space to go to the main level as all three of us fell one time. I was mildly irritated that the owner would not opt for a Blue Ray DVD player we had asked for and we had to haul one to and from in our luggage.
