"Avoid this hotel at all cost. We spent two nights here and wanted to leave right after checking in. We had booked one of their superior rooms, which was a big room, but the room wasn't clean, the bathroom wasn't clean, we found hairs, dust and overall dirt all over the place. We didn't take our shoes off because it was so dirty, our socks were immediately dirty after walking through the room. Not sure where the retreat and spa part of this hotel was, there were 2 whirlpools and a sauna, but we didn't feel comfortable using them because we had no idea when they were last cleaned. If someone visits this hotel with a blacklight, I don't even want to know what they'd find... Breakfast was a joke, an 'avocado' toast was somewhat of a supermarket-bought avocado cream, no taste at all. We prefered driving 30 minutes to the next town for lunch and dinner, because it was that bad. Would not recommend to anyone, what a shame!"
