„Poor communication and disappointing experienceUnfortunately, our experience with this booking was not positive. After reserving the property, we encountered an issue and tried to contact both the host and Vrbo right away. Communication from the host was unhelpful and we never received check-in or access instructions. In the end, we were unable to stay at the property and were disappointed by the lack of flexibility and support.“
