Sehr Empfehlenswert!!!
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Altag benötigt. Die Poolanlage war Anfang Juni kaum besetzt, man hatte immer Liegen und Schirme zur Verfügung. Es war immer Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist hervorragend.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need for the Altag. The pool area was barely occupied in early June, you always had beach chairs and umbrellas available. There was always parking in the garage. The communication with the landlord is excellent

Great Apartment, Great Location
Excellent communication with the owner Sharon. Really comfortable apartment, as described. Nice complex. Wasn't sure about the location, being next door to the Kings Avenue Mall, but it turned out to be ideal. There is a decent supermarket in the mall and bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk on the road outside the complex. I would be more than happy to stay here again.

Wonderful location..... so central for kato paphos and immediately next door to the Kings Avenue Mall with lovely shops and a superb supermarket. Lovely pool and grounds around the complex. Most days the pool was very quiet and peaceful. Bus route is practically right outside the door. Handy for shops restaurants and bars on tombs of the kings road. Apartment was very quiet and sound proof considering it was right next to the main road but you were not aware of background noise once you closed the apartment door. Booking the apartment and follow up communication was excellent Jo was always contactable and kept in touch but not intrusive. Also asked for late check out as flight home was at 23.00hrs and this was kindly agreed by Jo and was much appreciated. WiFi was reliable and had no problems with this. Also TV straightforward to operate and full UK channel coverage. Safe in bedroom with key simple to operate and spacious. Bed very comfortable and linen and towels clean and in good condition. Air conditioning in lounge area and bedroom handy on the hottest days. Shower simple to use and bathroom nice and clean. Taxi rank also immediately outside the apartment at the Mall. Would definitely recommend this property.

Home from home
This apartment is in an ideal position for the shops and beach. Great restaurants close by. Transport is on your door step too. The apartment had everything you need. The mall is next door if you fancy a shopping spree. Hired a car local. Much cheaper than booking online. The apartment had allocated underground car park space too to keep it cool. The pool area was quiet and with plenty of beds . Communication with Joanne has been excellent . Will be booking again next time I’m going to Paphos.

Just wonderful...everything provided,place was whistle clean and up to date.
The weather not always cooperative but the location of our rooms right across from the mall was a welcome diversion when we couldn’t be out and about.Paphos is lovely.

Perfect location for everything
We had 2 weeks here in late August to September, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The complex is in a good location to have lots of variety , we enjoyed the bars, restaurants, harbour and the beach. The shopping Mall next door was brilliant and also had a very useful supermarket . The pool are was great with sunbeds and shade for when we needed it. A great holiday all round , we would definitely go back.

Lovely apartment clean quiet pool area
Lovely clean quiet modern apartment, has everything you need like home from home. Pool area quiet some days I was the only one using it as a lot of apartments occupied by people living there. At the time of our stay it was noisy on balcony as road works were being done however they are all finished now so won’t have a problem. Owner easy to contact, had deposit back quickly. apartment close to kings mall, bars and restaurants no car needed.

very clean and everything there that you could need. Good position for shopping mall and bars.
we enjoyed our stay, the apartment is well kept and the surrounding pool and outside area is very well landscaped. We only had to go next door to the shopping mall to the supermarket so it was very convenient. We ate in lots of different restaurants in the Tomb of the Kings Road which are all very good. Great time.

nice apartment,clise enough to everything,good bus service.
We have stayed in many villas and apartments over the years and this one was somewhere in the middle,situated close to main road so buses very frequent,Paphos harbour only minutes away in bus,Coral bay also,not that much in the immediate vicinity,alot of closed businesses!! Due to road works..shopping mall closer than we thought..right outside the window..practically,so the front balcony overlooked by shoppers,and the large balcony at the back,unusable with 2 large aircon units on the floor chucking out even more hot air added to the beautiful Cyprus heat,..unbearable,so no where to sit out,comfortably,inside was adequate,Cyprus as always was lovely,people,food,weather,great holiday,thanks x

Thank you for taking the time to do a review. We advertise our apartment as being next to the Kings Avenue Mall which has lots going on and for many of our guests its a big attraction being so close. The road works in Paphos on Tomb of the Kings should have been finished by Easter 2016 and whilst they are nearly there in our area it will be nice when they get the job finished. August heat does seem challenging to get the balance between cooling inside and sitting outside, we often sit out at the Mall side and watch the world go by on an evening with a night cap whilst the apartment cools down. Thank you for looking after the apartment during your stay and I am pleased you enjoyed Cyprus again .

overall impression was good
The only complaint about the apartment was that it had not been cleaned very well before we arrived - especially under the beds. We stored our suitcases under the beds and when we retrieved them they covered in dust. The patio doors had not been cleaned.
