„We just wanted a quiet get away for a couple of days close to the North Cascades. We had hoped to see the fall foliage but it turned out we came a couple weeks early for the best of that. We stopped by the ranger station there in Darrington, and then drove up to Rockport and on to Newhalem to see what fall leaves we could. The cabin was quiet, clean and cozy. We loved sitting in the hot tub on the back deck and also sitting beside the Sauk River in the back of the property.“

„This was an excellent property. It was quiet and secluded just as advertised. The hot tub was so clean, they even have sandals for you to walk down to the hot tub. There is a trail leading to a waterfall that is one of the prettiest trails we took on out trip. The host had a book that had information on everything in the cabin and of all the dining and hiking in the surrounding area. Wonderful stay! “

„The cabin was clean and cozy. The view from large window and little patio were lovely. The kitchen had all the necessities for basic cooking. There were guests in the other cabin who used the river access which goes right in front of the little cabin but they were respectful and pleasant so it didnt feel intrusive. All in all I would definitely rent it again.“

„Pictures were extremely accurate. All communication was done over the app, made the entire process easy and peaceful. Such a cozy place. We went in early May (which can be spciy with weather), but we got a beautiful week. The time period also allowed for limited bugs, wonderful hiking weather, and zero neighbors. „Great house close to the Paradise entrance of Mt. Rainier. It had everything we needed as a family of four. Check in and out was easy and it was a great place to come back to after hiking. Only suggestion is to get groceries on your way to the house as there are limited places in the town to buy food. Would come back again!“
