Gina was very responsive; the house was great and beautifully decorated for Christmas; and the hot tub, game room, and outdoor sports areas were greatly enjoyed by all! There were plenty of dishes, towels, and cookware (which has been lacking in other rentals I've stayed in) - it really lacked for nothing!
