Comfortable mountain and sea view 1br apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in the Kata-Karon area. The Residence is sitting on a hillside overlooking Kata Bay and is surrounded by tropical forests. A short drive to the city center and the beach. Walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants that are on the main road to the beach area. Santosa SPA wellness center is a part of the complex and offers a nice outdoor cafe with a juice bar as well as an open-air vegetarian restaurant.
This fully air-conditioned apartment has everything you need for a great holiday. The living area opens to a private balcony where you can enjoy cool breezes and colorful sunsets every night. The kitchen is perfect for self-catering, has cutlery & kitchenware, large refrigerator, stovetop, toaster, microwave, and kettle.
One extra person can sleep on a sofa in the living room, so we can host 3 people or a couple with a child. Please let us know in advance if you need us to set up bedding before your arrival.
Electric usage is included in the price, close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all the lights when you leave.
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee.
Late check-in is available on request. All guests need to provide copies of their passports at the time of booking.
