„Great place, quiet, secluded beach, close enough to shops and restaurants at Varkala Beach- 100-200 rupees in a tuk tuk. Hotel staff go out of their way to help you, they arranged our transport wherever we wanted to go and prices were fantastic“

„the location is amazing ...overlooking the sea with access to wide open beaches and no people - a big contrast to Verkala north cliff beach. The place was clean , modern and the staff went out of their way to assist us with adapters, taxis, etc... The food was excellent though a bit overpriced. I would love to visit again !“

Mit uns waren nur ca. 10 Gaeste im Hotel, sodass wir die volle Aufmersamkeit des Servicepersonals geniessen konnten. Der Ausblick auf den See und die Umgebung ist etwas fuer Naturliebhaber. „We were a honeymoon couple and we were not given the category of room which we had asked for and booked for- floating room. Whilst booking we had called the hotel that we particularly want the floating room when booked with expedia but not given. Even the staff is lousy. Expedia staff kept calling the hotel but the night Reception staff kept hanging their phone without answering and finally kept the phone aside.spoiled our honeymoon plans. “

„Wir waren im September im Taj Gateway. Nach einem zweiwöchigen Indienrundtrip wollten wir noch die letzte Woche in Varkala ausspannen. Deswegen haben wir bereits von Deutschland aus das - laut Bewertungen - beste aber auch teuerste Hotel in Varkala gebucht. Leider wurden während unseres Aufenthalts von einer Woche in einem Flügel des Hotels einige Zimmer renoviert, sodass den ganzen Tag Schlagbohrer und Kreissägen zu hören waren. "Sehr gute und ruhige Lage. Gute Atmosphäre. Sangeetha und ihr Partner waren aufmerksam und super lieb! Ich war in einem der private rooms, welchem noch auf jeden Fall Ablagemöglichkeiten fehlen! Mir war es leider auch etwas zu schmutzig, Müll von Partys blieb länger liegen, volle Aschenbecher, das Zimmer war auch nicht super sauber. Dennoch würde ich wiederkommen:)"

"The Management was totally unorganized! There was a Problem wit a Payment from the Minibar! One Hand, didn't knew what the other Hand was doing! The Lady at the Reception made a Mistake with the Bill and in the End the Management wanted the Personell to pay the missing Amount! What a Shame! We payed the Amount, but they couldnt find the Payment..."
