„The resort is lovely, the onsite restaurant was exceptional! The unit we stayed in, sadly, needs a lot of updates and general cleaning. The kitchen was poorly stocked, the furniture old and worn. We would stay there again, but in a different unit. “

„This was so much fun for our family! Every morning our boys (3 and 5 yo) woke up and went straight to the beach to play then warmed up in the hot tub before coming up for breakfast. The location on the island allowed us to explore the entire island. It was a bit of a drive to the canyon but well worth it. The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful. Thank you for everything!“

„Unter 'luxury' versteht man ein sauberes Zimmer mit sauberer Ausstattung (Kaffeemaschine war so wie unser Vorgänger sie hinterlassen hatte, dreckig und ein alter Filter war vorzufinden, wer weiß, wie lange jener schon in der Maschine verhaarte! ), keine Löcher in den Wänden!, ein vernünftiges Bett und kein rahmenloses Bettgestell! Eine Badewanne, die nicht angebrochen ist und ein Geschirr, dass sauber und trocken hinterlassen wurde! Das Zimmer, dass wir belegten war das Geld definitiv nicht ...

„Das Hotel wird umgebaut. Die Lobby ist geschlossen zum Zimmer musste man durch den Speisesaal. Auch am Pool hatte es Baulärm von Vohrhammern und Steinfräsen. Die Waschmaschine funktioniert nicht. Das eine Spa hat auch nicht richtig funktioniert. Alles in allem viel zu teuer“

„The overall stay would rate a D- The beginning was the worst part. They seemed to not have us registered?? Not sure but they had us take a seat and then took over 20 minutes to check in and we got there at 5:30pm. Check in is at 4pm. Once we got our keys and went up and tv was blasting a kids show and doors were open. Brought up the concerns to the folks at the front and didn’t seem to care nor offered anything besides we “checked it out and everything is fine”. We asked for a different room ...
