"My stay at the Taj Mahal Towers in Mumbai was absolutely outstanding and exceeded all my expectations. I would especially like to highlight Rashi and Yamini at the reception, Dipchand from the concierge team, and Gurwinder at the entrance, who always welcomed me with a warm and genuine smile. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and consistently helpful. My special requests were also carefully considered and handled with great attention, which made me feel truly valued as a guest. The entire staff was exceptionally courteous and always had a smile on their face, making the stay even more pleasant. From the very first moment, you truly feel welcomed and well taken care of. This was already my second stay with Taj in Mumbai, and once again it was a wonderful experience. I will definitely return and can highly recommend this hotel."

Der Hair Salon war ebenfalls hervorragend und rundete das Verwöhnprogramm perfekt ab. Insgesamt eine traumhafte Erfahrung – Luxus, Service und Wohlbefinden auf höchstem Niveau. "A really good located hotel in “Marine Lines”, which means, that you have an easy way to it (Churchgate Station is around). The hotel staff was really good and always did everything for a smooth & relaxing stay. Only thing that could be better, is that the bathroom needs a renovation. All in all, I would choose this hotel again because of its value for money, included breakfast and friendly staff."
