Kaylene, according to our security camera and voice recordings which you were advised about, the attitude & rudeness was shown by you both. You refused to show your vaccination and stopped us following the CHO's direction. You told the staff to shut up and repeated that no one checked your vaccination status while you travelled through in S.A for two weeks. You travelled back into Victoria and all visitors need to follow the directions & protocols of our state. If you need your memory jogged of your behaviour with the staff, I am willing to release the video recordings online. It was good to see you both leave. Hope we do not see you again as liars, rude & obnoxious people will not be welcome.

Thank you Gary for your comment in regards to the room being 'Comfortable clean' but we are unable to understand the reason behind you giving us a rating of 1 star.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have removed all but necessary cutlery and crockery, but we do facilitate requests, all you had to do was ask. After thoroughly reviewing security footage, we have found that what you have said is grossly incorrect about our staff member. She requested you put a mask on, to which you said you had an exemption, she then asked to see yourself and your wife's exemption, which you didn't want to show her. Legally, upon entry of private property you must let staff site your medical exemption, or you may be refused entry. You then checked in using the QR code and your wife completed the check in procedures. Your wife was also quite rude whilst checking in by trying to undermine the knowledge of our staff, so we would appreciate that you get your facts right. As for the price, we pride ourselves with the best rooms in the district, so please go ahead and find somewhere else to stay next time. We would rather welcome guests who follow CHO's directions and are HONEST.
