„Amazing family run hotel In a fantastic easily accessible location. Good breakfast and very comfortable sleeping accommodations! Very pleasant stay in Xiva thanks to this hotel!“

„The location is excellent, right inside the old part of Khiva and close to the historical sites. Room is small and dirty, hairs all over the carpets. The beds are only covered with a fitted sheet. For a blanket you remove a white blanket from the cupboard and put that on the bed with no top sheet. The blanket does not seem to be washed in between guests and it smells and has hairs and particles on it. Very unpleasant. The breakfast is ok if you arrive early, as soon as it opens.

„Horrible experience!! We truly disliked our stay there; bathroom smells like sewage, customer service is non existent, very poor decor, and lack of outdoor light, difficult to find, the location is on the end of the wall city near north gate. I do not recommend this place and service.“

„From the outside, it's a hole in the wall. Once inside, it's just plain comfortable. Everything works, Mom smiles and feed you like her son. You don't really want to leave.“

„Breakfast was well prepared, staff members were helpful.“

„The hotel is reasonable and reasonably located. The problem is with the manager babur. Apparently he is the one who arranges transportation. We had requested him to arrange a transportation early in the morning to get the super fast train from kiva to bukhara and even though he confirmed it at 12:00 midnight, nothing showed up in the morning and that is very difficult in a place where people mainly speak Russian or Uzbek“
