„have stayed a few times, always a good stay .only downside this time was I had interior room, no windows...like a dungeon except for that as usual the hotel never disappoints. staff wonderful, friendly and polite, breakfast 100% perfect...lobby bar area very nice and comfortable...“

„The worst mercure chain in Indonesia. I’m a bss traveler and I stayed in many mercure hotels all over. Day 1 : checked in at 7 pm and had to wait for 45 mins for my room. Inside it smells weird but too tired to complain Day 2 : found 1 roach in the cupboard the room smells terrible Day 3 : found another mini roach inside the bathroom Day 4 : checked out ASAP I would change hotels if I have the time. I was just too tired and couldn’t argue that’s why I stayed. Seriously not recommended “

„Das Personal war sehr freundlich und (zumindest zum sehr großen Teil) auch sehr aufmerksam. Selbst mit dem Frühstück kann man als Europäer recht zufrieden sein, da es neben den lokalen "Klassikern" auch eine für meinen Geschmack ausreichende Auswahl an Speisen gibt. Ich konnte auch den Küchenchef kennenlerne (der im Übrigen auch sehr freundlich und offen war), der mir sagte das man dort auch gerne bereit sei spezielle Wünsche (natürlich mit Voranmeldung und nach Möglichkeit) zu erfüllen (hab ich ...

„They call me Papa, after many stays they are Family now.. in the restaurant they order my food, papa cannot have this..not good for you..the girls are my Daughters now so i go buy chocolate bars for them for taking care of me.. the rooms are all spacious, large comfortable bed, couch, big screen tv, many channels, the bathroom is big enough to move around in comfortably.. there is kitchenette in the room, Large refrigerator, not mini fridge.. the pool is large, clean and great fun… the cake shop ...

„Das einzige Hotel mit eigenem Strand, natürlich sind die besten Jahre vorbei, aber für diesen Preis immer noch fast ein Geschenk! Das Essen im Restaurant ein Gedicht, viel und billig, das Service bestens, alle sind hier hilfsbereit! WLAN hat perfekt funktioniert. Taxi vom Flughafen ca 5 Euro (65.000 Rupien). Man fühlt sich hier sicher und wohl und sitzt man im Restaurant, weht noch ein Hauch Kolonialzeit durch den Raum ... ;-)“
