„As others have said the building is under renovation. Our first morning there was a Friday and the crew showed up but it was raining too hard. Then the weekend so we did not have work going on while we there. We did have scaffolding in front but it didn't spoil the view or our time on the lanai. „As a fellow beach condo renter, I know there is not much you can do (besides contact every government official who represents you) about the neighborhood - but the homeless encampments from just past Ko’Olina to Makaha were appalling. I felt safe in the building and on the beach, but worrying about theft on my vacation should not be a priority. Your condo had everything we needed and such an incredible view which we enjoyed throughout our stay. Enjoyed snorkeling and sunning.“

„We had a quick trip to Hawaii to visit our daughter. The condo was nice, clean and the AC was really nice to have. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the resort and trails and a short drive from Kahuku, Haleiwa. The condo felt very safe. We will definitely look at staying here again!“

„Die Lage ist gut und die Anlage sehr ruhig. Kein eigener Strandzugang. Leider ist die Wohnung schon etwas abgewohnt. Sie könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Die Teppiche die überall in der Wohnung liegen, sehen schon sehr unhygienisch aus. Als wir die Besitzerin diesbezüglich angeschtieben haben, meinte sie dass eine Teppichreinigung 2 Tage nach unserer Abreise vorgesehen sei. Aber wir denken, dass es mit einer Teppichreinigung nicht erledigt ist, dass die Wohnung schon etwas verwohnt aussieht ...

„We really enjoyed the condo, especially having two bathrooms was very convenient. Everything was clean and the property manager was responsive and had a clear check-in check out process. The location is amazing, and having the covered patio out back was really enjoyable. I would wake up and just sit out there without concerns about bugs and just take in the morning.
