A forest-view apartment just 100m from the beach. The apartment is based in a renovated Latvian brick house in the charming district of Dzintaru avenue. An apartment is well prepared for a comfortable stay with a carefully selected contemporary minimalistic design.

This apartment was made "for the owner", so all the details were carefully thought out. The apartment is located in a quiet three-story brick building. The building is located on the first line in front of the beach. The apartment has a view of the forest and a quiet, green courtyard. To the beach and restaurants 100 meters or 1 minute on foot. The apartment has four sleeping places and has everything you need, down to the smallest detail: bed linen, towels, fast internet, smart TV, kitchenware, dishes, tea, coffee, oil, species, soap, body wash, shampoo, and more else.

The best way to get around is by taxi, electric scooters, using the Bolt and Yandex Go mobile apps. The complex also has parking for bicycles.

The property is located in the 150m from the beach and in 30 min walk from Jomas street – the main shopping and restaurant street in Jurmala.
Please follow a few simple rules, during your stay:
· Do not smoke in the flat, halls, and building territory. There is a penalty for smoking in a flat and building territory of 200 EUR.
· Take off your shoes, when entering the flat.
· If you want to bring a pet, you need to inform about it and get consent. The pet fee is 100 EUR.
· No parties, no outside visitors without previous approval from your host.
· If you break or damage something, you should let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
