„Perfect location while visiting HPU campus. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and very family friendly. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, and downtown Greensboro. The house was perfect for the weekend away, very clean, renovated, very nicely decorated. Little touches of flowers, pumpkins, and garden tomatoes made us feel right at home. Highly recommend. “

„Loved the house and neighborhood. Very well renovated. Charming, warm and comfortable. Took walks in the neighborhood, people waving and greeting us. Pictures are thuthfull. 8 minutes drive to downtown. Easy to come back home during breaks between meetings. Excellent communication with owner. Thank you “

„The 6 of us really enjoyed our stay here. The house had everything we needed and enough space for 2 vehicles to park. The neighborhood was very quiet and laid back. We were in Greensboro to visit our son at NC A&T for Aggie Family weekend and to watch him (BGMM) during halftime of the football game. This property is 2 miles from the campus, so that was very convenient for us. We would definitely stay here again.“

„The home was very comfortable, clean and conveniently located for the reason we visited. The host even allowed us to have some items delivered to the property which were to be used in my son's dorm room. We really appreciated how they placed the packages inside considering we arrived the day after the deliveries. We would definitely stay here again.“

„It took us 10 minutes to find the front door. I had to call the owner twice. It was in the back of the apartment complex facing the woods. The light over the doorway was out and it was too dark to see the entrance to the apartment. We walked in and walked out immediately in tears. We ended up in a hotel. There is NO furniture in the living room or dining area. I do not mean limited furniture, I mean NO furniture and no TV. The picture of the fireplace that is used in the advertisement....that is ...

„We received zero communication from the property owner regarding the check in procedure, access code, etc., despite numerous messages sent. There was zero response. We had to escalate the issue to VRBO and they were also unable to get in touch with the property owner. This resulted in our reservation being cancelled the evening we were supposed to check and scrambling to find alternative accommodations last minute. “

„We had such a great experience staying at this property! The home was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. One of the highlights for us was the farm setting — we absolutely loved seeing the animals up close. It was peaceful, charming, and added such a special touch to our stay.It’s a perfect spot for families or couples looking to relax and enjoy a more scenic, laid-back environment. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!“
