If you dont find the gate where the shuttle bus departs just ask airport staff for the departure gate of the Pullmann/Novotel Shuttle service and they'll help you with directions. There’s a convenient store and a KFC in the same plaza so easy to buy some quick food if needed. It was about 40-60 mins drive away from the city center where a lot of attractions are, but you can also take the taxi to the airport and take the subway from there. “
