terrible service
Not the first time stay in Hilton, but this time is so disappointed that when I had breakfast, they came to ask me several times to hurry up because they are about to finish, and collected all the dishes when I was eating without saying anything, while other guests were still walking in and starting their breakfast! I spent ¥130 for a 10 minutes half breakfast!

OUTSTANDING IN EVERY WAY.
Simply put, it's a Hilton! Even when a young national tried to skip the queue in front of me a check- in, the front desk rep made him go to the back of the line. Exceptional breakfast, exercise facilities, and staff. Great price as well.

The hotel is located near South Road of Second Ring Highway, which is conveniently connected to strategic locations such as Jinan West Station. Please do tell our concierge team any time during your stay and they are happy to assist you with your transportation. Regarding to the check-in process and the smell of the room, we will conduct more relative training sessions for our Team Members, and to ensure we are delivering exceptional experiences every guest, every time. The one-bedroom apartment suite, what we upgraded you to, is 45m2 larger than the king room you booked, hope you enjoy the fully serviced equipment and the view through the French window. Except for the shopping mall, our hotel is connecting with the high bridge by which it will only take 20 minutes to the downtown area.
